Refund Policy

AKXZH FX – The Editing Vault is a digital product delivered shortly after payment through our private members group. Because digital content can be accessed and copied immediately, purchases are generally final once access has been provided.

1. When we will review a refund

• You were charged but did not receive access instructions and we are unable to give you access.
• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• The product is materially different from how it was described on this website.
• A refund is required by the consumer protection law that applies to you.

2. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, including any rights that apply to digital content. Where such rights apply, we will honour them.

3. How to request a refund

Contact us through Instagram, Telegram or email at akxzhfx.official@gmail.com. Please include the email address used at checkout, the date of purchase and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within a few business days.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider, Creem. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can try to resolve the problem quickly.

6. Access after a refund

If a refund is issued, access to the members group and resources will be removed.
